今天在报章上看到了那么一篇文章…..
"我地这班 打工仔…打工仔….."
打工当然是为了赚钱啦! 难不成为了享受做工咩?
员工之所以会为公司付出 , 当然是他们心里有公司…公司就像他们生活的一部分! 他们的付出受到老板的赏识, 老板也懂得他们为公司所付出的一切,就算他只是公司里头的小人物……证明老板的眼睛并没 " 大setem", 哈哈…
有些员工拼死拼活为公司打拼, 做到三更也无所胃..从不要求老板给OT,只是觉得有那种责任去完成任 务, 一心一意任劳任怨的为公司付出….像这种的员工绝不会向其他同事炫耀自己…说:" 你知道吗? 我忙到连饭也没吃咧, 就为了要做完我的工作…实在太多了, 怎么做也做不完!还要帮其他人做咧!"这种炫耀的话当然来自那种嘴巴只会点人做, 自己又没做的那种 啦!!!把那些工作都当成礼物分给人啦!!别人完成了, 他又可以光明正大向老板炫耀咯!!!不知是可耻还是可笑….哈哈..就算他是高臣, 试问有谁会服他呀???(老板就要戴多几副眼镜咯, 不要以为那些没意见没出声的员工是傻子!!哈哈…不要等到失去了他们才发现到他们的才华,才发现到他们为公司的付出…那时可是公司的损失.. )
最让我佩服的是, 一直陪伴在下属身边, 给他们鼓励!支持的上层….哈哈…员工做到几点,他就陪到几点…对员工来说已是最大的支持!不写个服字给他也不行!哈 哈…只要他开口, 我想所有的员工都肯为他效劳….这就是我们所谓的 "以身作则"….要其他人服你, 当然你也要有本事咯! 不是光靠嘴巴讲没行动!!! 那是无效的啦!!! 要我们写个服字给那种人??? 下一世吧!!!!
老板们??? 你们的眼睛有" 大setem"吗??? 哈哈…应该是没有吧!! 能做到老板的当然不简单咯!!! 眼睛肯定比我们好啦….哈哈

约了一班朋友到QueensBay去逛逛, 然后吃午餐!
突然想到好像很久没去旺角吃了…就提议他们在哪儿享用午餐! 以前在IPG读书时, 我算是旺角的常客
它所卖的蛋挞 (Egg Tart)实在美味!! 实在太棒咧!! 我朋友还取笑我说:" 每次看完他, 不是没胃口的吗?怎么今天一口气吃了两个蛋挞,一盘麻辣面!!" 哈哈…想起他的笑容, 再加上明天他就可以出院啦!!! 我当然开心! 当然有胃口啦!!
在那儿一小时多, 顾客还是陆续的来, 没停过咧! 有些还在外头排队呢!可能是周末吧, 一家大小都在外享用美味的午餐…

好好听哦! 他唱出了 歌词里的意义…很动人…单亲的妈妈们加油!!! 这首歌是为鼓励单亲妈妈而写的歌曲。灵感源自他独自一人带着孩子打拼的姐姐。他觉得，“单亲家庭”被社会看成是残缺家庭、问题家庭，而“单亲家庭”最大的问题就是孩子的教育问题。但是，作为单亲妈妈的问题却往往被人忽略了。其实，关心单亲妈妈的身心健康就是关心“单亲家庭”孩子的成长。

告诉你们一个好消息!他终于好转了!!!!!! 可以回家了…不必呆在那充满闷气的医院…他终于可以回家了! 他终于战胜了! 在生死边界, 他终于战胜了! 他终于战胜了!我以他的勇敢感到骄傲! 我以他为荣!苯蛋的我, 眼泪又快掉下来了….
但现在的他非常的虚弱, 毕竟整一个月没吃喝, 只靠营养素….所以他还需要一段日子在家好好的休息..恢复体力..
去看他时, 他终于懂得微笑了! 虽然还不能说话, 但他的眼神已告诉了我们一切…从他车祸的那一天起直到现在, 他终于懂得微笑了! 第一次发现到, 他的笑容是多么的灿烂, 多么的可贵啊!! 我还是走了过去再告诉他 : "你好棒哦!! 再加油哦!"
感谢上天的慈悲, 保佑他平安度过难关, 没让我失去了他….反之让他醒过来了, 还对我笑呢! 谢谢….
